Go Fug Yourself
I would like to redirect everyone to one of the blogs I read on a regular basis. Please click on "The Fug Ladies" link to the left. The entry for January 31, 2005 has to be one of the best and worst posts they've had.
First, I say best entry because this needed to be shared with the world just so we could all ban together and boycott the ignorance of dressing our teens like hookers.
Second, I say worst because "Oh my god, someone out there is actually dressing their teen like a hooker!" I am currently a mother of a four year old girl. So I really don't have to worry quite yet, but I am also an aunt to a 16 year old and soon to be 18 year old. There is no way, in this life time or any alternate universe, my sister would ever allow this kind of whoredom in her house. She's a cool mom, let's the girls and her son have their freedom, but thank goodness she draws the line at the "please take a number" outfits.
