Ode to the TV Junkie
How can people, especially those with children, live with just one television receiving reception?
Our new home consists of only one cable jack in the main family room, none in the bedrooms. So currently if you are upstairs you are only allowed to watch VHS in one room or DVD in the other two. This would not be so bad, but the children do not want to watch their videos and honestly I'm just sick of cartoons. Once the kids are asleep, you would think the problems would be solved, but no they get worse. Not only do you run into the situation of having multiple shows on simultaneously that you would like to watch, but it never fails that when you want to watch American Idol your husband wants to watch Sci-Fi. That is a battle to be seen.
Prayer to the Cable Gods...
Please do not price gouge us and make it reasonable for us to have tv in all rooms!!
