How do you get an 8 year old to do a book report? We read the entire damn book, got as far as writing down the title on the book report, and then he's done. He's not doing it anymore.

There are suppose to be 4 done each quarter. Do I force him to sit and complete the work? or Do I let him learn his lesson when he gets his quarter grade and it's not too hot?

For those of you that say "Force him", keep in mind that the title of the book got less and less legible with each word. Since I was making him do it, he was going to do it as sloppy as possible. To which my response was "If your teacher can't read it, she's going to make you re-do it." That just pissed him off.
